NJICLE Announces Live Webcast Program On Socially Distant ADR

August 13, 2020

As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to limit social interaction – whether by government mandate or personal choice – the need for the business world to adapt includes the capacity to effectively resolve disputes. On cue, the NJICLE just announced a full day, live webcast program devoted to “dispute resolution in a socially distant environment.” Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Dispute Resolution Section, “ADR from Near and Far” will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The focus of the program will be dispute resolution insights and strategies for effective advocacy and resolution of cases during de facto lockdown. Zoom, Webex and other technologies will be explored. Notably, the speakers will include in-house counsel from several major corporations and representatives of leading dispute resolution providers. The opportunity to hear these varied perspectives gave me reason to register today.

New Jersey attorneys can earn up to 6.7 CLE credits. Registration is open to the public by clicking here or by calling NJICLE at (732) 214-8500.
